(L.A.) Tyrell Holmes, 31, Died in a Riverbed

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 31-year-old Black male that occurred in a riverbed.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Tyrell Holmes.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Fentanyl Toxicity
RIP TYRELL HOLMES (November 17, 1991 – July 22, 2023)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 11:50 p.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 29, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drug.
