The coroner’s office has identified the man as Curtis Johnson Jr.

Cause of Death: Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Medical History of Diabetes Mellitus, Schizophrenia, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, and Polysubstance Abuse
