(L.A.) Shynetta Kidd, 39, Died in a Facility

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 39-year-old Black female that occurred in a facility.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Shynetta Kidd.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Methamphetamine and Fentanyl

RIP SHYNETTA KIDD (February 28, 1984 – July 3, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 1:30 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 13, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
