(L.A.) John Ziko, 30, Ended His Life

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 30-year-old Hispanic male that occurred at a hotel/motel.

The coroner’s office identified the man as John Ziko, resident of Feijoa Avenue in Lomita.

Manner of Death: Suicide

Cause of Death: Gunshot Wound of Head

The death happened just five days after Emma Michelle Ziko’s filing of a lawsuit in court accusing the decedent of domestic violence.

We have been unable to find a police report or arrest report for any crimes John PJ Ziko may have committed. The DV accusation appears to have been a civil, rather than a criminal, matter.

The decedent had been hoping for a career in law enforcement. He is survived by his three children: Sophia, Liam and Landon.
