The coroner’s office has identified the man as Philip Hernandez.

Cause of Death A: Acute Cardiac Dysfunction

Cause of Death B: Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Diabetes Mellitus, Chronic Alcoholism
