Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 37-year-old Chinese male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Zhijian Ma.

Cause of Death: Sequelae of Methamphetamine Use

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 2:39 p.m.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
