(L.A.) Zenon Vazquez, 37, Died on Railroad Tracks

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 37-year-old Hispanic male that occurred on railroad tracks.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Zenon Vazquez.

STATUS: The decedent’s body has been released.

Manner and cause of death was not formally announced by the medical examiner.

RIP ZENON VAZQUEZ (November 5, 1975 – September 27, 2013)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 6:35 p.m.

The decedent opened the gate and stepped in front of the Blue Line train at the Vernon metro station. It didn’t appear to have been a suicide.
