Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 28-year-old Asian male that occurred at his place of residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Zehao Li.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Alcohol, Alprazolam, Cocaine and Fentanyl

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 11:48 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the COD ruling on January 17, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive. This is considered an accidental overdose.
