Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 41-year-old Latino male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Zeferino Sosa Rodriguez.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Non-Specific Cardiomyopathy

Other Significant Conditions: Alcohol Use; Obesity; Metapneumovirus and Parainfluenza 4 Co-Infection

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 9:32 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on April 28.
