(L.A.) Zachary Mallory, 40, Died at a Private Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 40-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Zachary Mallory.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Pulmonary Thromboembolism

Cause of Death B: Deep Vein Thrombosis of the Right Arm

RIP ZACHARY MALLORY (March 28, 1984 – March 20, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 3:52 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on May 22, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back negative for substances.

DVT in the arm is rare compared to leg DVT.

We do not know if the decedent was injected with synthetic mRNA.
