The coroner’s office has identified the man as Zaccheaus Casey.

Born in L.A. County. Mother’s maiden name is Polk.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Other Significant Condition: Hypertension

The government investigator had initially given the decedent’s name as Corey Casey.
