(L.A.) Yolanda Honda, 82, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of an 82-year-old Hispanic female that occurred in a hospital.
The coroner’s office identified the elderly woman as Yolanda Honda of Encino.
Manner of Death: Homicide
Cause of Death: Complications of Inhalation of Products of Combustion and Thermal Injuries
Other Significant Conditions: Hypertensive and Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease, Bacterial Pneumonia

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday.
LAFD reported a double fatality at 1760 N Vista Del Mar Avenue in Hollywood from a structure fire that happened at around 2:55 a.m.
The decedent’s 76-year-old sister Maria de Consuelo Alarcon died on scene.
Investigators have concluded this was arson.
