Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 55-year-old Hispanic female that occurred in a hospital.
The coroner’s office identified the woman as Yadria Romero.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Methamphetamine Toxicity
Other Significant Condition: History of Hypertension
RIP YADIRA ROMERO (October 15, 1970 – February 14, 2026)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday.
The government investigator had initially given the decedent’s name as Ofelia Romero.
