The coroner’s office has identified the man as Willis Williams.

Cause of Death A: Pulmonary Thromboembolism

Cause of Death B: Deep Venous Thrombosis

Other Significant Conditions: Lower Extremity Trauma (Dog Bites); Pseudomembranous Colitis; Atherosclerosis; Bedridden State
