The coroner’s office has identified the man as William Trejo.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death A: Leg Gangrene
Cause of Death B: Diabetes Unknown Type
Other Significant Condition: Methamphetamine Use

This is considered an accidental drug overdose.
