The coroner’s office has identified the man as William Quevedo.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Atherosclerotic and Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 8:50 a.m.

This was either a heart attack (myocardial infarction) or cardiac arrest.
