The coroner’s office has identified the man as William Murillo.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Thermal Burns

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 4:52 p.m.

The government investigator had initially spelled the decedent’s surname as Murrillo.
