(L.A.) William Goodwin, 54, Died at a Townhome

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 54-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at a townhome.

The coroner’s office identified the man as William Goodwin.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Multiple Drug Toxicity

RIP WILLIAM GOODWIN (March 6, 1970 – February 4, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 2:57 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on April 17, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab. This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.

The government investigator had initially given the decedent’s name as Bill Goodwin.
