Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 74-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as William Brocklebank.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Intracranial Hemorrhage and Fractured Skull

Cause of Death B: Blunt-Force Traumatic Head Injury

Other Significant Conditions: Medical History of Pacemaker Placement and Anticoagulants
