The coroner’s office has identified the man as Willard Weeks.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Cardiopulmonary Arrest

Cause of Death B: Sepsis

Cause of Death C: Osteomyelitis

Cause of Death D: Peripheral Artery Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Hypertension, Hyperlipidemia, and Chronic Kidney Disease
