(L.A.) Walter Ranson, 37, Died at a Bus Stop

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 37-year-old Black male that occurred at a bus stop.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Walter Ranson.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Asthma

Other Significant Condition: Coronavirus HKU1

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 8:21 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on May 20, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.
