The coroner’s office has identified the man as Virgil Beck Jr.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Ethanol

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 4:40 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published around August 1, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive. This was an accidental overdose.
