(L.A.) Vincent Pacheco, 30, Died on a Golf Field

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 30-year-old Latino male that occurred at a golf field.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Vincent Pacheco.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Alcohol, Fentanyl and Methylenedioxymethamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 11:35 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on August 29, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
