Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 26-year-old Latino male that occurred in a walkway.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Victor Castellanos.

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 8:56 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on September 29, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
