The coroner’s office identified the woman as Veronica Ibarra.

Cause of Death A: Sepsis

Cause of Death B: Acute Cholecystitis

Cause of Death C: Gallstone Obstruction

Other Significant Condition: Cardiac Left Ventricular Hypertrophy
