(L.A.) Vanessa Thompson, 32, Died from an OD

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 32-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Vanessa Thompson.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl

RIP VANESSA THOMPSON (August 27, 1991 – September 25, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 6:46 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on October 28, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive.

This was an accidental drug overdose.
