Los Angeles County is reporting the death of an 18-year-old Black male that occurred in a hospital.
The coroner’s office identified the young man as Tyvon Lilttlejohn.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Traumatic Injuries

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday.
The government investigator indeed misspelled the decedent’s surname as Lilttlejohn.
