(L.A.) Tyrone Tyars, 33, Died at Machista Bar

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 33-year-old Black male that occurred at a business in San Pedro.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Tyrone Tyars.

Manner of Death: Homicide

Cause of Death: Gunshot Wound of Head

RIP TYRONE TYARS (November 8, 1990 – January 20, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 12:45 a.m.

The decedent was shot by a woman at the Machista Bar at 952 S. Pacific Street near 10th Avenue in San Pedro. It appears to have been an altercation among patrons inside the bar.
