Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 38-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in an alley.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Tyler Shively.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

RIP TYLER SHIVELY (October 19, 1985 – December 21, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 7:12 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the COD ruling on February 13, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
