(L.A.) Tugba Elbirlik, 21, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 21-year-old female of “Caucasian” ethnicity that occurred in a hospital.
The coroner’s office has identified the young woman as Tugba Elbirlik.

RIP TUGBA ELBIRLIK (February 20, 1991 – August 19, 2012)
The decedent was visiting from Turkey.
Prosecutors have since named a Turkish man named Mis as the driver of a car that crashed on Aug. 19 on McBean Parkway in Valencia, killing the passenger, Tugba Elbirlik. The Mazda Miata that Mis was driving was traveling at more than 90 miles per hour when it crashed into trees in McBean’s center divider.
