(L.A.) Troy Collins, 37, Died on a Sidewalk

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 37-year-old Black male that occurred on a sidewalk.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Troy Collins.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine
RIP TROY COLLINS (November 13, 1985 – February 28, 2023)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 3:37 a.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published around August 1, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
