Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 2-year-old “Caucasian” male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the child as Tristan Partovi.

Cause of Death: Sequelae of Drowning

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 9:03 p.m. at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center.

The drowning incident happened at the swimming pool of the child’s home on Elvido Drive in the 90049.
