Los Angeles County is reporting the death of an 18-year-old Black female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the teen as Trinity Greene Earley.

Manner of Death: Suicide

Cause of Death: Sodium Nitrite Toxicity

RIP TRINITY GREENE EARLEY (February 19, 2004 – February 2, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 3:00 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 17/18, presumably after the results of tox screening came back.
