Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 33-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Trevor Kohli.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Cocaine Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 3:09 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on April 11, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
