(L.A.) Toshimi Chida, 68, Died at Home

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 68-year-old female of Japanese ethnicity that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Toshimi Chida.

The medical examiner has classified the death as an accident and listed drowning as a probable cause of death. Arteriosclerotic cardiovascular disease was listed as a significant condition of the deceased.
