The coroner’s office identified the woman as Tisha Clark.

Cause of Death A: Pulmonary Thromboembolism

Cause of Death B: Lower Extremity Deep Vein Thrombosis

Cause of Death C: Obesity

Other Significant Condition: Uterine Leiomyomata
