Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 63-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Tina Perlmuter.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Intoxication by the Combined Effects of Cocaine, Morphine, Alprazolam, and Ethanol

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, polysubstance overdose.
