(L.A.) Timothy Gilman, 56, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 56-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Timothy Gilman.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Methamphetamine Intoxication

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 2:51 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 12, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the meth.
