Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 68-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Thomas Williams.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Atherosclerotic and Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease; Obesity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 11:47 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on February 9.
