Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the individual as Thomas Ruiz Jr.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Methamphetamine

RIP THOMAS RUIZ JR. (August 1, 1993 – July 17, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 4:10 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on November 20, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the meth.
