Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 63-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Thomas Baldwin.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Gastrointestinal Bleed

Cause of Death B: Peptic Ulcer Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Gastritis, Atherosclerotic and Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease
