Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 62-year-old Black female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Theresa Dale.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Acute Ischemic Heart Disease

Cause of Death B: Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Medical History Includes Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension, and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on October 14.
