(L.A.) Terry Swann, 35, Died From Drug Abuse

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 35-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Terry Swann.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl

RIP TERRY SWANN (January 21, 1989 – February 2, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 8:10 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on June 16, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive from the lab.

The decedent was from Alabama. His father, also a drug addict, gave him hepatitis C.
