Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 54-year-old Black male that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Terrell Mullins.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Cocaine Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 6:58 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the COD ruling on February 13, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drug.
