(L.A.) Ted Isaacs, 85, Died From Meth

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of an 85-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Ted Isaacs.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Methamphetamine Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 6:32 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on May 21, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drug.
This may be the oldest death we’ve had in the county from a recreational meth overdose.
