Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 49-year-old Black female that occurred on a street.
The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Taniya Delouth.
Manner of Death: Homicide
Cause of Death: Gunshot Wound of the Head
RIP TANIYA DELOUTH (January 19, 1976 – June 16, 2025)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday.
The decedent and a man were both shot in South L.A. by two suspects who had driven up to the victims.
LAPD’s Newton Division responded to the intersection of Central Avenue and 50th Street at around 11:00 p.m.
