The coroner’s office identified the woman as Tami Boroch.

Manner of Death: Suicide

Cause of Death: Hanging

RIP TAMI ANN BOROCH (September 26, 1965 – August 1, 2017)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 3:04 p.m.

The decedent was a naturopath who went by the name Ann Boroch.

She had suffered from multiple sclerosis.
