Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 37-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Tamara Tashchyan. Born in L.A. County.

Cause of Death A: Consequences of Septic Shock

Cause of Death B: Pelvic Abscess

Cause of Death C: Status Post Laparoscopic Hysterectomy

RIP TAMARA TINA TASHCHYAN (February 2, 1987 – April 17, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday.

Not sure but this should be considered iatrogenic.
