Alex da Silva Coelho
Leko (20-1), also known as Alex da Silva Coelho, has stepped in on short notice to take on Alexander Yakovlev at UFC Fight Night: Overeem vs. Oleinik at the Yubileyny Sports Palace in St Petersburg, Russia.
Yakolev was originally due to take on Teemu Packalen on the card, but Packalen has been forced to withdraw. Leko has taken his place.
The Brazilian MMA star has been dominant in his career so far, with all 20 of his victories coming by stoppage, with 13 by knockout and seven by submission.
His last win came in December, when he needed just 71 seconds to earn a TKO victory against Slavoljub Mitic at Serbian Battle Championship 19.
The event in Russia features a main event between Alistair Overeem and Alexey Oleynek, as well as a co-main featuring Armenian-Russian newlywed Arman Tsarukyan assigned to demolish Danis attacker Islam Makhachev.
