(L.A.) Tae Ahn, 65, Died in a Tent

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 65-year-old Asian male that occurred in a tent.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Tae Ahn.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Multiple Drug Toxicity

RIP TAE AHN (March 6, 1959 – April 19, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 12:24 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on July 10, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, polydrug overdose.
